You'll provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program, working with a diverse patient population including Medicaid and Medicare recipients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct teletherapy sessions with patients across the lifespan
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with care team for coordinated treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

📋 Requirements

• Master's level degree in social work or related field
• Licensure as LMSW or equivalent
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Private home workspace for HIPAA compliance
