💼 About This Role

You'll work in our Lincoln, IL cannabis facility, caring for plants from seed to harvest. You'll ensure plant health and quality control through day-to-day tasks like watering, pruning, and trimming. This role offers a chance to be part of a leading Cannabis company normalizing the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Water, prune, and trim plants daily
• Mix and apply nutrients per policy
• Clean cultivation equipment and facilities

📋 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production, preferably regulated human-consumption field
• Effective time-management and multitasking
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
