🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA patients.
• Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians.
• Provide supervision and support to BTs in the field.
• Ensure quality and consistency of treatment plans.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Experience with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians.
