You'll lead high-profile litigation and regulatory enforcement matters for Block, driving strategy across fintech, payments, and data use. Your work will directly shape the company's legal risk posture and business priorities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead litigation and regulatory enforcement strategy from pre-litigation through resolution
• Advise senior leadership on legal risk and business impact
• Manage and partner with outside counsel for efficient outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, and Risk teams

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership
• 10+ years of litigation experience at leading law firm, government agency, or in-house
• Expertise in class actions, commercial disputes, privacy, or financial regulatory enforcement
• Experience in litigation for a public company including financial reporting and governance
