💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a guardian of team efficiency and a partner for the client, working on a large project with an American client. Your core impact will be removing blockers and continuously improving the team's process. We offer 100% remote work and flexible hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of the team's process and improve it as a Change Agent
• Support Product Owner in backlog management and ticket prioritization in Jira
• Monitor team capacity and support effective resource management
• Remove blockers and protect the team's flow for effective work

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of commercial IT experience
• Solid theoretical knowledge of Scrum and product delivery
• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Slack, GSuite, Microsoft Office
• English and Polish at C1 level

✨ Nice to Have

• Scrum certification (e.g., PSM I)
• Experience with Kanban or Scrumban
• Experience in direct cooperation with external clients
