Description

You will design scalable applications using MongoDB, advise customers on architecture and optimization, collaborate with sales to drive account success, generate demand through events, and ensure customer success. You'll work in a hybrid model based in Hamburg.

Requirements

• 5-8 years related industry experience, 2 years in customer-facing role
• 2+ years experience with scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and performant applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB
• Collaborate with sales team to drive account success and pipeline generation
• Generate demand through self-driven technical initiatives and events
• Build customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
