Description

You will lead multiple R&D teams developing enterprise-grade, cloud-native SaaS products. You'll manage people, oversee delivery, engage in hands-on development, and drive AI-first initiatives.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in CS, Electronics, or equivalent
• 3+ years managing software engineering teams on enterprise products
• 13+ years software engineering experience with Java
• Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
• AI First Mindset with knowledge of LLM fundamentals, ML lifecycle, NLP, AI system design

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers (Dev and QA), handling hiring, reviews, mentoring, and promotions
• Own development and delivery of components under team responsibility
• Work with Product Owner and Software Architect on planning development activities
• Act as Scrum Master and promote continuous improvement
• Perform hands-on development, code reviews, ensure high-quality engineering standards
