Description

As a Client Advisor at Initiative (part of IPG Mediabrands), you will act as the extended business partner for a portfolio of clients, managing daily digital business end-to-end and building long-lasting relationships. You'll translate client briefs into strategic media plans, ensure campaign performance, and drive business growth through proactive consulting and new technologies.

Requirements

• Experienced in digital services with profound understanding of digital expertise
• Proactive, initiative-taking, orchestrating and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent client service approach, multitasking, attention to detail
• Languages: NL, FR, ENG (fluent)
• Stress resistant, team player, KPI-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Be the extended business partner of clients, understanding business objectives and detecting needs
• Build long-lasting relationships with client marketing/media executives and key decision makers
• Translate client briefings into concrete media plans and performance solutions
• Monitor client budgets and billing, resolve issues
• Present media plans, campaign results, and competitive reports to clients
