You'll provide program support and technical assistance to local offices, helping them achieve grant outcomes and improve service quality. This role coordinates communication between field and national teams to drive program consistency. You'll also support monitoring, compliance, and data collection for impact reporting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in human services or nonprofit program management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools.
