Description
You will own the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy for Spring Health, including channel, integration, marketplace, reseller, and distribution partners. Reporting to the CRO, you'll drive partner-sourced revenue growth, lead negotiations, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of business development/channel partnership experience
- 7+ years of people leadership in business development/channel partnerships
- Experience in Employee Benefits ecosystem strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurial focus with high tolerance for ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive partnership ecosystem strategy
- Own partnership P&L and quota-carrying responsibility for partner-sourced revenue growth
- Identify, prioritize, and engage potential partners
- Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements
- Represent Spring Health at industry events and conferences
