Description

You will own the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy for Spring Health, including channel, integration, marketplace, reseller, and distribution partners. Reporting to the CRO, you'll drive partner-sourced revenue growth, lead negotiations, and manage cross-functional dependencies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of business development/channel partnership experience
  • 7+ years of people leadership in business development/channel partnerships
  • Experience in Employee Benefits ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Entrepreneurial focus with high tolerance for ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive partnership ecosystem strategy
  • Own partnership P&L and quota-carrying responsibility for partner-sourced revenue growth
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage potential partners
  • Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements
  • Represent Spring Health at industry events and conferences
