You will lead a dedicated squad in building fintech solutions for auto shops, defining product strategy, driving execution, and being the voice of the customer. Your work will impact thousands of businesses across North America.

Requirements

• 6+ years product management experience, 3+ in B2B SaaS Fintech
• Experience launching and managing embedded Fintech (payments, lending, etc.)
• Customer-first mindset with direct customer interaction experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Startup mentality: hungry, fast-learner, biased towards execution

Responsibilities

• Define and champion Fintech product vision and long-term roadmap
• Drive feature scoping, prioritization, and trade-off decisions
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.)
• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform product decisions
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to iteration
