You will lead the modernization of our BI and reporting infrastructure, managing the BI engineering team and partnering with business leaders to deliver actionable insights across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership. Your work will enable better decision-making and celebrate wins by quantifying performance through data.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years management experience in technical data or software teams
• Hands-on leadership and mentoring of junior colleagues
• Proven experience interacting with stakeholders explaining technical problems simply
• Fast learner of new technologies and business contexts
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of analytics platform and data warehouse
• Manage BI engineering team and set technical standards for data modeling and metrics
• Prioritize and execute user requests for insights and training
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty data flows and reports
• Implement processes for change management and data pipeline observability
