You'll assist the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploying baristas to create the Starbucks Experience. You'll maintain a calm demeanor during high volume and ensure order accuracy and fast delivery. This role combines Starbucks standards with Gopuff's on-demand retail model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or restaurant
• Ability to work with fluid schedules
• Focus on quality and attention to detail
• Learn and adapt to current technology

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year of leadership in a cafe
• ServeSafe Certification preferred
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience
