Description

You will lead Antenna's data and software engineering efforts, translating product vision into a reliable, performant data platform that powers analytics products for subscription media services. You'll balance immediate product velocity with long-term architectural health, while managing a high-performance team and driving the company's AI strategy.

Requirements

• Expert understanding of modern data stacks including cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT, orchestration, streaming, and analytics layers
• Expert skills in SQL, Python, GCP/BigQuery, ML Ops, Databricks/Snowflake, and dbt
• Experience scaling early-stage technical organizations and working closely with Data Science teams
• Demonstrated leadership managing remote and nearshore teams across geographies
• Experience in analytics products with deep passion for architecture and business logic

Responsibilities

• Deliver product roadmap by translating product vision into technical strategy and executing through a highly accountable team
• Cultivate talent and partnerships, leading engineers in partnership with Product, Data Science, and Data Operations
• Architect data platform for reliability, performance, and scalability, balancing short-term and long-term tradeoffs
• Lead AI initiatives to enhance internal productivity, data collection, and customer interfaces
• Support internal analytics users to configure, query, and QA data efficiently
