• Serve as primary contact for operating partners on ESG initiatives
• Manage end-to-end building certification projects (e.g., Fitwel)
• Coordinate data collection and documentation across stakeholders
• Track progress against portfolio-level ESG goals and commitments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in real estate or sustainability consulting
• Familiarity with green building certifications (Fitwel, LEED, WELL)
• Experience with ESG data management and performance tracking
• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Fitwel Ambassador, LEED AP, or WELL AP credential
