🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated litigation support software solutions.
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure on-premise and AWS cloud.
• Perform system maintenance, backups, updates, and performance tuning.
• Produce and update system diagrams and administrator guides.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with litigation support applications.
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of government IT environments and security.

• Experience with iPro, CaseMap, Concordance, or Trial Director.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
