You'll own the bridge between strategy and client delivery for an AI-native growth marketing consultancy. You'll ensure every client deliverable reflects a premium consulting standard while managing a team and coordinating vendors. This role offers a clear path to senior leadership as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce client-facing presentations, strategic briefs, and investment models
• Draft and send client communications with increasing autonomy
• Supervise Growth Operations Associate, assign tasks and review output
• Source, onboard, and manage specialized contractors and vendors
• Track deliverables across 4-6 active client engagements

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years in an agency, consultancy, or startup with client-facing deliverables
• Strong editorial judgment to evaluate deliverable quality
• Exceptional writing, editing, and synthesis skills
• Working knowledge of growth marketing strategy and channel economics
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, and AI tools (Claude, Gemini)
