💼 About This Role

You'll lead execution of complex transactions for a leading commercial rooftop solar developer. You'll drive PPA negotiations and asset sales to expand into new markets. This role is highly visible and works directly with executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own execution of strategic partnership transactions from handoff to close.
• Lead negotiations for PPAs, offtake, and development agreements.
• Execute asset sales and portfolio divestments.
• Develop scalable commercial frameworks and playbooks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and prepare executive materials.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in transaction execution at a renewable energy developer or IPP.
• Extensive experience negotiating PPAs and long-term offtake agreements.
• Demonstrated experience executing asset sales or structured transactions.
• Strong understanding of distributed power project development and economics.
