Description

You will lead the rollout of multi-static sensor products, build a field systems engineering team from scratch, and ensure systems are rugged, usable, and mission-ready in demanding environments. You'll bridge design intent and field reality, collaborating with engineering, product, and mission teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of multi-static sensor products in the field
• Build and lead a Field Systems Engineering organization from the ground up
• Own transition from factory complete to field ready, including acceptance criteria and ruggedization
• Collaborate with design engineers, system architects, product leaders, and customers
• Ensure systems are performant and mission-ready in demanding environments
