Description

You will lead and optimize the enterprise proposal function to drive revenue growth, win rate improvement, and operational excellence. You will oversee the full proposal lifecycle, manage direct reports, and coordinate across multiple departments to ensure cohesive, compliant submissions. This role is key to scaling the proposal organization and supporting complex commercial and government pursuits.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in proposal management or related function
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to shape win themes
• Experience with structured proposal methodologies (APMP, Shipley)
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of improving win rates and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee enterprise proposal strategy aligned to growth objectives
• Manage direct reports (Proposal Lead and Proposal Specialists) with clear accountability
• Oversee structured proposal lifecycle management including RFP shred, color team reviews, and debriefs
• Partner with cross-functional leadership (Legal, Finance, Pricing, Marketing) to ensure cohesive submissions
• Champion proposal modernization initiatives, digital tools, and workflow automation
