🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP
• Manage annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Strong Controller-level accounting and financial reporting experience
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP and internal controls

• Experience in nonprofit, entertainment, or mission-driven organizations
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Exposure to construction accounting or fixed asset capitalization
