Description

You will join Nebius to troubleshoot and resolve data center IT hardware issues, working at the intersection of multiple technical domains. Your role involves advanced troubleshooting, problem management, and collaborating with L3 technicians to improve service levels for our cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment
• Advanced IT hardware troubleshooting skills
• Advanced Unix/Linux command line skills
• Experience with monitoring and data analysis
• High proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging hardware-related issues with servers
• Involved in hardware problem management and workarounds
• Solve L1/L2 tasks through ticket system
• Update processes and documentation for IT hardware team
• Collaborate with L3 Technician on complex diagnostics
