Description

You will support the execution of the Bed and Bath product categories by translating design direction into technical documentation, coordinating sample development, and maintaining systems that keep product development moving forward. You'll partner with Design, Product Development, Production, and global vendor partners to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into production-ready specs and samples.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product design, product development, or technical design in home textiles, apparel, or soft goods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational instinct
• Comfortable managing multiple development tasks and timelines simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Responsibilities

• Support execution of seasonal design development across Bed and Bath categories
• Translate design direction into tech packs, CADs, and colorway renderings
• Maintain and update design documentation for accuracy
• Coordinate sample requests and track sample development through proto and approval rounds
• Prepare samples and documentation for internal review meetings and capture feedback
