Description

You will make home visits to adult and senior clients, performing duties such as medication administration, wound care, treatments, and client assessments. Monitor conditions, report changes, and execute doctors' orders while working after hours and weekends.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Colorado
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Prior Medicare Home Health / OASIS documentation experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories after business hours and weekends
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to management
• Follow up on and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
