🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies
• Hire, train, and coach team members to meet goals
• Address escalated resident concerns and plan events

📋 Requirements

• Two years of property management experience
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family
• Yardi, Knock, and Microsoft experience
• Valid Driver's License

✨ Nice to Have

• CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license, or Property Management license
• Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager experience
