💼 About This Role

You'll own Qonto's litigation processes end-to-end, focusing on banking disputes like payment incidents and fraud claims. You'll define legal strategies to limit financial exposure and gradually handle commercial and product legal matters for Belgium. This role offers high-impact cases and cross-functional collaboration across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise pre-litigation and litigation globally with local legal teams.
• Lead dispute strategy and execution for France and Belgium markets.
• Decide legal strategies and coordinate provisioning for high-value cases.
• Support Belgian branch on commercial contracts and product launches.
• Refine litigation processes using AI tools to automate tasks.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years handling French banking litigation end-to-end.
• Strong ability to assess legal and financial risks.
• Curiosity about commercial, contract, and banking products.
• Professional fluency in French (C2) and English (C1).

✨ Nice to Have

• Passed CRFPA/CAPA and prior experience as a lawyer.
• Exposure to Belgian law or interest in developing it.
