๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as the operational engine behind growth strategy, owning execution across marketing operations and data. You'll build performance reports, refine LTV models, and drive experimentation that scales what works. This is a high-context operator role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing execution, data, and cross-channel strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage channel setup, tracking, attribution, and UTM infrastructure
- Review and approve creative and messaging from agency partners daily
- Own performance reporting and refine LTV models across product segments
- Design, prioritize, and analyze A/B tests across lifecycle and on-site surfaces
๐ Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, strategy, analytics, or DTC operating roles
- Strong hands-on experience with cohort analysis and performance reporting
- Experience working in Shopify and Klaviyo
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills (SQL a plus)
