Requirements
- 2+ years experience analyzing processes, procedures, or operations
- Master's degree in planning, urban design, engineering, public administration, or related field
- Experience in development analysis or research analysis
- Preferred: 2 years experience with a large Water Department supporting growth activities
- Ability to prioritize and assign work, identify process changes, and provide analysis
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and assign work related to water and sewer study reviews for development
- Identify and implement process improvements for water/sewer development issues
- Provide capacity assessments for water/sewer pipelines and pro rata fees
- Manage semi-annual Impact Fee updates and review annexation requests for financial impact
- Update water/sewer master plans using GIS and analyze feasibility of changes
