Requirements

• 2+ years experience analyzing processes, procedures, or operations
• Master's degree in planning, urban design, engineering, public administration, or related field
• Experience in development analysis or research analysis
• Preferred: 2 years experience with a large Water Department supporting growth activities
• Ability to prioritize and assign work, identify process changes, and provide analysis

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work related to water and sewer study reviews for development
• Identify and implement process improvements for water/sewer development issues
• Provide capacity assessments for water/sewer pipelines and pro rata fees
• Manage semi-annual Impact Fee updates and review annexation requests for financial impact
• Update water/sewer master plans using GIS and analyze feasibility of changes
