You'll lead and elevate a Member Advocate team at Arlo, an AI-native health insurance startup. Your core impact will be owning the full member support lifecycleβfrom coaching and quality assurance to scaling training programs and platform efficiency. This hands-on leadership role offers the chance to reimagine healthcare at a company backed by top VCs.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage a team of 4β8 Member Advocates with daily coaching and 1:1s
- Conduct weekly quality assurance reviews and intensive coaching
- Take 5β10 member conversations weekly to understand experiences
- Own Intercom backend, Fin AI automation, and internal knowledge base
π Requirements
- 4β6 years of customer support management experience
- Leading a team of 3 or more
- 1β5 years of health insurance experience
- Hands-on experience with support platforms
