Your core impact will be owning the full member support lifecycleβ€”from coaching and quality assurance to scaling training programs and platform efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of 4–8 Member Advocates with daily coaching and 1:1s
  • Conduct weekly quality assurance reviews and intensive coaching
  • Take 5–10 member conversations weekly to understand experiences
  • Own Intercom backend, Fin AI automation, and internal knowledge base

  • 4–6 years of customer support management experience
  • Leading a team of 3 or more
  • 1–5 years of health insurance experience
  • Hands-on experience with support platforms
