• Codify design decisions into executable criteria with product team
• Design and implement high-performance, low-latency calculation engine code
• Communicate complex technical concepts to team members and stakeholders
• Advocate for correctness-first approaches and quality culture

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend software development
• Core Java skills: threading, garbage collection, performance tuning
• Experience writing low-latency Java
• Understanding of JVM internals

• Knowledge of multi-dimensional modeling
• Experience in database engine or compiler design
