๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the end-to-end revenue engine for a growing SMB-focused accounting firm, closing long-term clients and building an MRR model. This is a 0-to-1 role where you implement automation and AI to increase efficiency. You'll also lead a small team and report directly to the Owner.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline to retention
- Build and optimize an MRR-first model with packaging and pricing
- Implement automation and AI tools to increase closes
- Lead sales meetings, ops meetings, and monthly KPI reviews
๐ Requirements
- Proven 0-to-1 sales track record scaling services from early stage to $1Mโ$5M
- Experience selling monthly recurring services like bookkeeping or fractional CFO
- Demonstrated team leadership managing teams of 3โ10 people
- Strong scorecard discipline managing through KPIs and numbers
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience building referral or partner channels
- Background in accounting, finance, or B2B professional services sales
- Familiarity transitioning businesses from project-based to recurring revenue
