You'll own the end-to-end revenue engine for a growing SMB-focused accounting firm, closing long-term clients and building an MRR model. This is a 0-to-1 role where you implement automation and AI to increase efficiency. You'll also lead a small team and report directly to the Owner.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline to retention
  • Build and optimize an MRR-first model with packaging and pricing
  • Implement automation and AI tools to increase closes
  • Lead sales meetings, ops meetings, and monthly KPI reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven 0-to-1 sales track record scaling services from early stage to $1Mโ€“$5M
  • Experience selling monthly recurring services like bookkeeping or fractional CFO
  • Demonstrated team leadership managing teams of 3โ€“10 people
  • Strong scorecard discipline managing through KPIs and numbers

  • Experience building referral or partner channels
  • Background in accounting, finance, or B2B professional services sales
  • Familiarity transitioning businesses from project-based to recurring revenue
