💼 About This Role

You'll assist in opening and closing the store, supporting high-volume periods, and training new employees. You'll provide excellent customer service and drive sales while maintaining store standards. This role offers a 25% employee discount and a 401(k) retirement plan.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close the store, including cash handling and deposits
• Assist customers with product recommendations and transactions
• Train new employees on store procedures and customer service
• Manage inventory restocking and conduct inventory counts

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or similar
• Ability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
