💼 About This Role

You'll support Airwallex's growth across France and Europe, providing business-focused legal advice on fundraising, contracts, and compliance. You'll work with cross-functional teams to manage legal risk in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support fundraising rounds including due diligence and structuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Advise on legal issues related to marketing and data protection.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in financial services or corporate law.
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a reputable university.
• Qualified lawyer, admission to a French bar preferred.
• Deep understanding of EMEA legal and business environment.

• Experience supporting fundraising, M&A, or international expansion.
• Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and technology risk.
• Fluency in English and French.
