💼 About This Role

You'll be part of the maintenance team ensuring reliable operation of cooking and food processing equipment at HelloFresh's Factor_ brand. Your core impact is maximizing system uptime and ensuring smooth, safe production. You'll work on mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems depending on your expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on conveyor belts, automation, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults including PLC, sensors, and drive technology.
• Conduct root-cause analyses (e.g., 5-Why) for failures and support technical issues.
• Participate in projects, commissioning, and audits including safety checks.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and share knowledge in mechanics, electrical, pneumatics, and refrigeration.

📋 Requirements

• Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electronics technician or similar.
• Several years of experience in maintenance of automation, conveyor, or refrigeration technology preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electrical, and pneumatics with experience in fault finding on automated systems.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience with PLC systems, sensors, drive technology, and CMMS systems preferred.

• Experience with LOTO processes and relevant safety regulations.
• Experience with root-cause analysis methods like RCA or 5-Why.
• Willingness to share knowledge and provide technical guidance.
