You'll lead top-line forecasting and partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic insights for Affirm's portfolio. Your work will directly influence executive decision-making and shape company strategy in a high-impact, lean team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own user and loan portfolio mix models
• Monitor performance against forecast and diagnose variances
• Own consolidated reporting across funnel and portfolio metrics
• Provide decision support on strategic initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in analytical roles (strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, etc.)
• Strong business judgment and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Expert in financial modeling
• Working knowledge of SQL

• Familiarity with fintech, lending and payments business models
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma)
