You'll join a unified team of doctors and therapists specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders, providing assent-based, individualized therapy to clients. Your work is supported by clinical supervisors, care coordinators, and BT managers, enabling you to focus on long-term outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide **assent-based behavioral therapy** to clients with neurodevelopmental disorders
• Collaborate with speech, occupational, and mental health therapists
• Supervise and train behavior technicians (BTs)
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or related field
• BCBA certification
• LBA certification preferred
