You'll oversee cross-functional teams and drive advanced analytics using SQL and Python to detect emerging threats. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute risk management frameworks for merchant risk and fraud prevention.
• Develop advanced analytics and models using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Mentor team members in risk assessment and process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align risk strategies with business goals.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in risk management within fintech, crypto, or payments.
• At least 2 years in a team leadership or strategic role.
• Deep expertise in merchant risk, KYB/KYC, and fraud detection.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with real-time risk monitoring and dashboards.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in crypto/payments.
