Description

You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a senior living community, assisting with daily tasks like bathing, eating, and mobility, while working under the supervision of a nurse to promote independence and comfort.

Requirements

• Active CNA/STNA certification in Ohio
• Passed state test and listed on Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift technique and equipment to transfer residents

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Help residents maintain comfort and independence
• Complete accurate and timely care documentation
