💼 About This Role

You'll join Paragon Technologies to evaluate, build, and test hydraulic components like cylinders, pumps, and motors for a world-class service and repair team. You'll also train junior technicians and may provide field service to off-site customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate, build, and test hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and motors
• Reverse engineer hydraulic components and create test procedures
• Train new or junior level hydraulic technicians
• Provide hydraulic field service to off-site customers as needed

📋 Requirements

• 7 plus years of hydraulic experience
• Experience in designing and building test fixtures
• Ability to read precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers
• Own every basic hand tool and specialty tools to service hydraulic equipment

• 2 year fluid power degree or formal training in industrial technology
• Experience crossing units and tearing down core units
