💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts for Contentsquare's experience intelligence platform, driving timely collections and supporting dispute resolution across multiple regions. Your core impact will be optimizing cash flow performance and helping reduce Days Sales Outstanding. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve billing issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts across multiple regions
• Follow up on overdue invoices via calls, emails, and formal correspondence in English and French
• Build relationships with customers to accelerate payments and resolve disputes
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to investigate and fix billing issues
• Monitor credit exposure and escalate potential risks as needed

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or credit control
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customer focus
• Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
