You'll lead a group of Product Managers responsible for Core Platform services, ensuring consistent, high-quality product management. Your mission is to enable the platform to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers in Core Platform.
• Ensure strong product management standards across platform teams.
• Drive outcome-driven product development with transparent decision-making.
• Align planning and execution across Product Managers and teams.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team of Product Managers.
• Experience translating strategy into product direction across teams.
• Deep expertise in prioritization, roadmapping, and KPI decisions.
• Solid understanding of platform products (APIs, services, scalability).

• Experience with platform products in e-commerce or lottery.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
