Description

You will work at the intersection of AI, genomics, and clinical data science to unlock insights from BillionToOne's proprietary dataset of genomic profiles and real-world clinical data. You'll develop models and AI-powered tools that enhance precision oncology and support internal scientific operations.

Requirements

• PhD in biology, biomedical sciences, computational biology, or related field
• Deep understanding of genomic data, oncology biology, and clinical medical data
• Experience applying AI/ML to biomedical or healthcare datasets
• Strong programming and data science skills (Python and modern ML frameworks)
• Experience with real-world clinical datasets (EHR, clinical records, registries)

Responsibilities

• Generate clinically meaningful insights and RWE from integrated genomic sequencing and real-world clinical datasets
• Develop AI/ML approaches to uncover patterns across genomic alterations, treatment histories, and outcomes
• Build AI-powered tools to enhance clinical utility of diagnostics, surfacing relevant medical records, literature, trials, and guidelines
• Support development of future data-driven products for pharmaceutical and research partners
