You'll manage global real estate and workplace initiatives for an electric mobility company. You'll drive structure, visibility, and accountability across complex, multi-stakeholder projects while ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage global real estate portfolio including leases and compliance
• Coordinate office/lab space planning and site launches
• Lead end-to-end projects across real estate and operations
• Track KPIs and implement process automation improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management in corporate or real estate environments
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with commercial contracts or lease documentation
• Financial literacy including budget tracking and procurement workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing process automation or AI-enabled improvements
• Experience with AutoCAD/Bluebeam for space planning
• Experience in high tech, EV, or R&D Lab environments
