Description

As a Direct Support Professional with BAYADA, you will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, providing personal care, companionship, and mentoring in home and community settings to help them reach their full potential.

Requirements

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals or completion of apprentice program
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
