Description

You will build and lead CHAOS Industries' R&D-focused business with DoD and U.S. Government labs, identifying and shaping early-stage opportunities from customer engagement through award. You'll partner with engineering teams to align priorities and coordinate with Service Growth Leads to accelerate transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Government acquisition process and FAR.
• Experience supporting Federal R&D proposals/white papers with complex low TRL awards.
• Ability to build trust with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous opportunity monitoring across R&D solicitation channels.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of future capability opportunities.
• Perform customer, program, and competitive research.
• Develop capture plans at strategic and tactical levels.
• Lead customer engagements including meetings, lab visits, industry days, and conferences.
