You'll synthesize organic compounds and develop advanced materials for next-gen OLED displays using quantum simulations and machine learning. Your work will enable transparent displays and lighting for consumer electronics and automotive applications. You'll apply organic synthesis techniques and analytical methods in a pilot production environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and organize lab equipment and reactions per SOPs
• Purify complex mixtures using chromatography techniques
• Analyze raw materials and products with NMR, MS, TGA, DSC
• Report experimental results and suggest method improvements

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Organic Chemistry
• Strong knowledge of organic reactions and mechanisms
• Ability to conduct chemical literature research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with laboratory setup and maintenance
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP
