๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and lead Dropbox's sales-assisted growth motion from scratch, blending product-led growth with sales touch to boost conversion and expansion. You'll design segmentation, coverage, and experimentation systems while partnering with marketing, data science, and analytics. This role offers the chance to define AI deployment in sales and create a new motion in a fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design self-serve segmentation model for optimal sales motion.
- Implement efficient coverage model introducing sales at optimal point.
- Partner with data science to develop data-driven targeting strategy.
- Define AI deployment across scaled sales motion to improve productivity.
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years in SaaS sales or GTM leadership including PLG environments.
- Proven track record designing segmentation or coverage models that improved outcomes.
- Experience partnering with analytics, data science, and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical fluency to define metrics and make data-driven decisions.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience building PLG-assist or sales-assisted growth motion in multi-product SaaS.
- Experience applying AI or automation to improve sales productivity.
- Background in both strategy and execution with GTM design and operational problem solving.
