As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the evolution of our implementation methodology and ensure our Consultants achieve a level of certification that promotes customer goals. You will configure workforce management solutions, manage multiple enterprise projects, and deliver training to customers, helping them streamline operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Lead implementation of workforce management solutions
• Provide configuration reviews and knowledge transfers
• Assist with software testing, data loads, and system initialization
• Define and manage customer expectations
• Advocate customer needs for product improvement

Responsibilities

• Promote evolution of Legion Implementation Methodology with Agile standards
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects through all implementation phases
• Configure Legion products according to solution blueprint
• Deliver live customer training for administrators and store managers
• Lead customer discussions and workshops
