Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 2-4 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication

Responsibilities

• Monitor and engage VIP clients, providing high-quality customer service
• Build relationships to retain clients and drive sales
• Manage VIP list and accommodate guests with disabilities per ADA
• Execute delivery and placement of arrival amenities
• Gather client feedback and report to management
