You'll join a cross-functional squad owning a piece of Perk's domains, shaping what gets built and why. You will architect scalable systems and mentor colleagues while seeing your technical decisions move the needle for customers daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and architect scalable backend and frontend systems
• Lead cross-team initiatives and drive alignment across squads
• Mentor less experienced engineers through code reviews and pairing
• Contribute to quarterly goals and long-term vision with product managers

📋 Requirements

• Product leadership: translate business goals into technical roadmaps
• System architecture: design scalable, evolvable systems and data models
• Backend excellence: sophisticated API versioning and caching strategies
• Operational maturity: define SLOs, manage incidents, conduct post-mortems
